Payment : Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent out to you. Of occasions when I may need to sketch out the commission first, I will allow you to send payment after receiving the sketch. Large projects, costing more than $200 or multiple commissions, may be processed differently. I accept PayPal and Venmo only, currency: USD.

Refund Policy : Once payment is received, refunds will not be allowed unless: (1) the commission takes longer than three months. However, if a sketch is received than only 50% will be given back, if I started the coloring process than you will not be allowed a refund. (2) i am unable to complete the commission or follow through your request.

Chargebacks : Any chargebacks received will be disputed and taken up with PayPal and you will be blacklisted. When you commission me, you agree to these terms of service and it will be disclosed on the invoice as well.

Delivery Time : Time may vary due to multiple variables such as my schedule, the complexity of the project, etc. I will give you my estimated time of delivery before you send the payment, just so you know how long it may be. These delivery times may be subjected to changes depending on circumstances. I will do my best to update you if I am unable to deliver at my estimated time. Most delivery times may take: one week to three months to receive.

Rush Orders : Rush orders vary on the complexity, but depending on the time you need it by, the price may vary from $10-$50 USD. If I cannot get the order done within the time frame then I will refund the payment you paid for the rush.

Finished Product : The finished product will be sent wherever you contacted me through, ie: Twitter, Discord, Instagram. I will also send you a Google Drive link for a higher resolution download if it is through a social media platform other than discord. For multiple projects, unless you tell me other wise, I will send them one at a time. If it is for a special occasion please let me know to wait before posting to my social media.

Commercial Usage : You must inform me if the commission will be used for commercial purposes, failure to do so may result in legal actions to be made. Commercial commissions consist on artwork you are planning to make money on. Art for commercial usage will cost 200-300% more than the original price I have displayed, unless told otherwise.

Art Usage : I own all the rights to the work I have created. You as the commissioner are not allowed to take credit for the art I have created for you. You are also not allowed to use commissions for commercial usage purposes unless we have both are in agreement to it, if not then you are allowed to only use it for personal use.

Edits : All requests to edit the commission will be made within the sketching phase. Depending the cost of the commission, >$10 USD, I may not even send a sketch for review. You are not allowed to make any more edit changes after the sketching phase is complete and I get your OK to proceed. The only exceptions to these are if I get the shade of skin tone wrong or other major character changes that affects the character's look. However, I will not accept changes that are completely different from what you disclose, i.e., changing hair color from blue to pink if it was not mentioned prior to the coloring phase.
